Are the former lovebirds on good terms now?

Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake were pop music's power couple in the early 2000s. However, after their very public breakup in 2002, the two have gone their separate ways and haven't spoken to one another. Over a decade later, are the two finally on good enough terms to collaborate?

When Britney did a live Q&A session with Most Requested Live with Romeo, she was asked who she would like to get in the studio with. She revealed that she'd like to work with Steven Tyler of Aerosmith, Gwen Stefani and Justin!

"Justin Timberlake is very good," she said in the interview, which you can watch below.

Meanwhile, Marc Malkin of E! News chatted with Justin at the Toronto International Film Festival and asked him what his thoughts were on the matter. "She did?" Justin replied when Marc told him about Britney's comments. "Sure! Absolutely, absolutely. I have a 17-month-old so I don't get the headline news. I apologize for not being in the know... I'm accessible, give us a call!"

They have collaborated in the past. Justin co-wrote "What It's Like To Be Me" with choreographer Wade Robson for Brit's 2000 Britney album.

While it looks like the two are amicable, we've yet to see this collab actually happen.
