Found a bug?

If something isn't working the way it usually does, that's a bug! We want to know so we can fix it, FAST!

To report a bug, click Contact MySpace (above) and select Report site bug (from the drop-down menu) to tell us what's going on. We'll check it out and keep you posted!

Current issues: It's not you, it's us!

If something suddenly stops working, that's a bug. Please use the Contact MySpace form to let us know. Check below for current issues.

  • MySpace Friends, Photos, Search, and Videos look has changed:
    Good eye! We are always trying to make your experience on MySpace better. We hope you like the new, enhanced look and feel of these pages.
  • Profile or home page displays in wrong language:
    If you find your MySpace pages in the wrong language, we are working on a solution now. In the meantime, click here to find out how you can fix this problem yourself.
  • Get error message trying to view your profile: 
    If you get sent to an error page after clicking on My Profile, please be patient! We're working to fix this as fast as we can.
  • Not receiving confirmation email: 
    If you don't get your confirmation email after signing up for MySpace, click here for more info.         
  • Status and mood: 
    While viewing status & mood, if you choose "show more" from the bottom of the page you may see a message that Updates are unavailable, but only on IE7 and 8. We'll fix this as soon as we can.
